Invitation Letter for Ukraine
To receive a Business Visa for Ukraine .You are required to present a Business Invitation Letter with your Visa Application. You can receive this Letter from our company. We will create and send to you an invitation letter for your visa, after we receive your payment. Usually we send it by E-mail or FAX. Here is an example of our documents.

1) NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION FROM YOU
Copy of passport - Photocopy of your passport ID page and any previous Ukraine visa's.
We can arrange a business letter of invitation for your Entry Visa to Ukraine. We will need the following information from you to arrange the letter: Please Fill in the Form Below:

Your full name (first, middle and last names) 
Your date of birth
Your postal address
Your passport data and term of its validity (Passport #)
Your citizenship
The name of the city where you will receive the visa
The exact dates of your arrival and departure
Your occupation
Postal address,
fax or e-mail at which we will send a letter of invitation
Scanned photo copy of your passport e-mailed to our agency.

NOTE: If want a business visa and you work outside your country of citizenship,  you will need to supply the documents above plus a copy of the visa, visa registration or work visa for the country you are working in. 

ATTENTION: The Ukraine Embassy or consulate only will take the original invitation letter and copies of our business documents.
We send to you NOT the Embassy or consulate of Ukraine the requested Invitation letters and all supporting Documents.

2) TERMS and CONDITIONS:  The invitation letter we provide you is usually processed in 2 weeks, but if you need it quicker, we will provide it for you within 3 to 5 working days. IF NEEDED EARLIER

- 1 month (single entry) - $85
- 3 month (multiple entry) - $125
- 6 month (multiple entry) - $175
- 1 year   (unlimited entry) - $200

3) ADDITIONALLY COSTS - The cost of express shipping $100 and is delivered in 3 to 5 working days.
